January 19th 2021:

On this, the last full day  of President Trump’s first term; the Washington County Republican Central Committee would like to thank President Trump and Vice President Pence for their personal sacrifice, their love of country, and all of the tremendous accomplishments achieved by the Trump-Pence administration, just some of which were: record low unemployment prior to the state government lockdowns and reducing unemployment after the state government lockdowns from 10 percent to 7 percent in 3 months as opposed to the 49 months it took the Obama-Biden administration; creating millions of new jobs including over a million manufacturing and construction jobs; record stock market valuations; strong economic growth before the state government lockdowns and record economic growth following the state government lockdowns; middle class tax cuts; removing a record number of pages of regulations; creating trade policies that put America first; achieving energy independence for the first time in 70 years including record renewable energy production; lowering drug prices for the first time in 51 years; appointing three conservative justices to the Supreme court; securing the border by building 400 miles of border wall and ending catch-and-release; rebuilding America's military, destroying ISIS, and brokering historic Middle East peace agreements; reducing violent crime rates; ending taxpayer funding of abortions abroad; and expanding school choice by allowing parents to use tax-deferred educational savings accounts to pay for K-12 education. We hope that the Biden-Harris administration comes swiftly to the realization that were they to follow the great example set by the Trump-Pence administration, they could accomplish much for America's citizens.
